Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and details. We recommend canceling orders within 24 hours of placement for fastest processing. Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy upon delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to climbing harnesses, helmets, and other personal safety equipment that has been removed from its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. You will receive a credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

If you received a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a store credit to the original purchaser. The value of the store credit will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s).

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid after discounts were applied.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number, payment method details, and the date of your original purchase. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processors to resolve any issues. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to initiate a trace with your financial institution.
